Cempaka Putih / White Champaca

(Magnolia x alba)

A hybrid of Magnolia champaca and Magnolia montana that is widely cultivated as an ornamental in Asia for its intensely fragrant creamy white flowers. In China, white champaca flowers are used to prepare yulan tea as a treatment for coughs.
