Bayam Vietnam / Ceylon Spinach

(Basella alba)

An edible perennial vine found in the tropics producing stems up to 9m long that scramble over the ground and twine into other plants for support. Similar to spinach, regular consumption in the diet helps prevent osteoporosis.
