A. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the Shopping Cart Icon. Next, click “check out”. You will then be transferred to our secure server to proceed with payment.
A. To view the contents of your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the up-per-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of plants/items you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed.
A. To add another item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are in-terested in and then choose your desired plant. When you click the “Add to Cart” link, you will be brought to your “Shopping cart” page where you can then enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the “+” and “-” box on the right side of the screen. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to Check Out.
A. First, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description.

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. Please track your order with the link we provide in the email using your airway bill number. Please track your items everyday to avoid late de-liveries. Herbalwise Holdings uses third party courier services to ship our items to our customers.
A. Please write, e-mail, or phone our Customer Service department with your changes within 1 day after your order has been made. In your correspondence, include your old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding suspending delivery of your subscription. A. We accept Malaysia Online Banking (Maybank2U & CIMB Clicks). We also ac-cepts Bank In through ATM machines. Please whatsapp 011-2388 4535 if you wish to choose this option as your payment method.

A. After we’ve sent your parcel to the courier, we will send you an email (please ensure you have provided a valid email address upon checkout) and whatsapp message. You can monitor your shipment and contact the courier company for status updates. Herbalwise Holdings is not liable for any damage/late shipments caused by the courier company.
