The flowers smell even richer at night than they do during the day and they can continue to exude their scent for days after picking. Known as one of the most fragrant flowers in the world, tuberose oil is considered a luxurious oil and is very expensive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>KNOWN HAZARD:<\/strong> Excess of tuberose essential oil may cause side effects such as headache and Inflammation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLANT PARTS USED:<\/strong> Flowers<\/p>\n<p><strong>EDIBLE USES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flowers<\/strong> &#8211; Eaten as vegetables, added to soup or are added to an Indonesian soy sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MEDICINAL USES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To overcomes influenza or cold<\/strong> &#8211; Drink mixture of ginger, tuberose flower and garlic leaves.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To provide relief from strep throat<\/strong> &#8211; Mix tuberose flower with ginger and boil them. Then, drink this mixture regularly after chilled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OTHER USES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Provides calmness and relaxation effects<\/strong> &#8211; Use aromatherapy of tuberose flower.<\/li>\n<li>Manufactured as essential oil, perfumery and cosmetics.<\/li>\n<li>A fragrant ornamental flowering plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PLANT CARE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Can be propagated by bulbs division.<\/li>\n<li>Before planting, prepare soils with compost.<\/li>\n<li>Select a sunny site and pots with good drainage.
